Born on June 2, 1985, in Bangalore, Karnataka, Kajal Agarwal began her acting career with the 2004 Bollywood film "Kyun! Ho Gaya Na...". However, it was her debut in the Telugu film "Lakshyam" in 2007 that brought her to the limelight. Her breakthrough role came with the 2009 film "Maggam" which catapulted her to fame.
