The story begins with Kaval Kottam Sivakumar (played by Vijay Deverakonda), a young man who lives in a small village called Kaval Kottam. Sivakumar is a kind-hearted and innocent person who dreams of becoming a successful businessman. He falls in love with a beautiful woman named Aarthi (played by Mrunal Thakur), and the two begin a romantic relationship.
