The story takes place in 1955, in Cairo, Egypt, where OSS 117 is sent to prevent a plot by the Soviet Union. Along the way, he encounters various characters, including a beautiful agent named Micheline (played by Bénédicte Kurzen) and a wealthy businessman with ties to the Soviets.
