The series follows the story of Connor McKnight, a Red Ranger, and his team of Rangers as they battle against the evil Mesogog, a scientist who seeks to destroy the world. The Rangers are helped by Dr. Tommy Oliver, a legendary Power Ranger who has traveled back in time to guide them. The team also discovers that they have the power of the dinosaurs, which they can harness to become the Dino Rangers.
