The gameplay in Sonic 2 HD is virtually unchanged from the original. You control Sonic or his friends, Tails, Knuckles, or Amy, as they navigate through 8 zones, collecting rings and defeating Dr. Eggman's evil plans. The controls are responsive, and the game feels just as tight and challenging as it did back in the day.
